What is this glass fiber reinforced polypropylene?
This is a 30% GF filled Homo-PP compound, with 80% PCR in polymer content collected from consistent streams of the construction industry.
With an addition of a thermostabilizer, it is suitable for injection moulding applications.

Technical benefits
The recycled feedstock of this Homo-PP comes from controlled and consistent source meaning: High purity material, minimal odor, and good processability.
Look and feel
The sample is straight and dimensionally accurate. The EDM surfaces have an excellent appearance. Some degree of glass fibres can be seen on the polished areas. This is typical for any polymer with such reinforcement content. The gray colour comes from the recycled feedstock. Additional colours are available upon request, ones with a darker orientation.
Environmental benefits
This PCR Homo-PP compound is sourced from construction waste streams, which are typically disposed of in landfills or incinerated in large quantities. The feedstock is pre-sorted and purified through advanced mechanical processes. The scalable collection and recycling of these materials significantly contributes to reducing the material’s carbon footprint.
