What data do we collect?

If you fill out one of the contact forms on our website Positive Plastics collects your:

• Name

• Email address

• Phone number

• Employer/company name

• Country

• The content of your request 

 

From those who purchase our product, we also collect:

• Company address 

• VAT # in case the customer company is located in the EU

 

Credit card details are collected and kept by Shopify (Ontario, Canada), who hosts our webshop. We don’t have access to the credit card details. You can read Shopify’s Privacy Policy here.

How do we collect your data?

You directly provide Positive Plastics with most of the data we collect. We collect data and process data when you:

• Fill in a form for requesting more information

• Buy our products through the webshop.

• Use or view our website via your browser’s cookies.

How will we use your data?

Positive Plastics collects your data so that we can:

• Forward your questions and requests to the dedicated material manufacturers.

• Process your order and keep you updated on the order progress.

• Email you with information and special offers on other materials we think you might like, but only if you have agreed upon being added to our mailing list.

Positive Plastics securely stores your data within password-protected platforms. We use Jotform, Zapier, and Google Gmail to collect and process data you enter through the contact forms. We use the Shopify platform to process orders you place in our webshop.

Marketing

Positive Plastics would like to send you information marketing emails only if you sign up for our email newsletter about new materials we think you might like. We will not spam you.  

You have the right at any time to stop Positive Plastics from contacting you for marketing purposes. You can easily unsubscribe from these emails by clicking the unsubscribe link included in each mail or by sending an empty email with the subject “Unsubscribe” to info@positiveplastics.eu
